are you ready for some football???we are only 40 short minutes to jordan hare stadium Sitting around our firepit will be the perfect location to spend those Fall nights, watching the leaves change colors on the trees and reflecting on the lake.
there are no steps on our property inside or out It is on 1.3 acres in a quiet cove perfect for kayaking and swimming, but only minutes to big water and a boat launch at DARE Park.
for the kids, there is a swingset, sandy beach area complete with toys, and we have two youth kayaks, 1 adult kayak, and one stand up paddleboard These are available for everyone's use.
inside, you will find an open floor plan with a view of the lake and backyard from most rooms The master bedroom has a king bed. When you wake in the morning, the first thing you'll see is the lake glistening outside your window. In the master bath you will find a soaking tub . There is also a large shower with rainfall shower head and double vanity.
on the other side of the house are three other bedrooms and a bathroom The guest bedroom (Shore Thang) has a queen size bed with a view of the lake. It is decorated in a nautical theme.
the bunk room is decorated in a "lost boys" theme with two sets of bunk beds
the girls room is decorated with a mermaid theme and has a queen size bed
the kitchen has island seating for 4 as well as a dining table that seats 6 Outside, you will find a HUGE backporch with a large sectional for napping and enjoying the lake breeze. Don't forget about our canoe light and ceiling fans.
we have outside cameras that monitor both entrances to the house as well as the driveway and parking areas These are primarily for monitoring the house when no one is staying at the house. There are no cameras in the interior of the house. We will check the cameras if we get a complaint from a neighbor regarding a violation of our house rules..
